I am a licensed Broker and Co-Team Leader for the NEXUS Group in Greenville South Carolina. My wife (Courtney) and I have two sons (Macallan & Lachlan) and two dogs (Briggs and Lou). We love trying new restaurants and breweries, traveling, watching football (Chicago Bears and Clemson Tigers) and spending time with family / friends. After being a firefighter for 6 years and working in real estate part time, I finally became so busy in real estate that I had to make a decision. I chose to dive head first into real estate and it's been an awesome ride ever since. I absolutely love my job and really enjoy finding individuals and families their perfect home. I think good communication is what's lacking in this industry so my goal, whether you are buying or selling is to keep you informed throughout the whole process. The more I keep you in the loop, the happier you will be. I want to take all the stress of buying or selling a house off of your back. I do your home searches, make all appointments, negotiate on your behalf, schedule all of your inspections, make sure requested repairs are done (correctly) and your benchmarks are met in order to close on time. Your best interests are my best interests and I make sure you get the property you want at the price you desire. I truly care about all of my clients. I love seeing the smile on a buyer's face when I'm handing them the keys to their new home or shaking hands to congratulate a seller. My business thrives on repeat and referral clients and I want my clients to refer everyone they know over to me.
